I am a self-taught, full-stack web developer who lives in Watford with my wife Emily and four boys, Jacob, Dexter, Teddy and Ronnie.
How did I get into web development?
I have always had an interest in technology but began teaching myself to code seriously at the end of 2020 and still have the same passion and drive I had from the beginning. I have built many different web applications for both personal and professional purposes.
Due to the projects I've done both for myself and for businesses that I've worked with, I have a solid understanding of all aspects of web development from UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, SEO best practices as well as working with API and databases.
I began doing freelance projects for local businesses via Roy Sheppard Digital from standard marketing sites, to full-stack web applications including user registration systems, connecting to third party APIs and whatever other custom functionality the client needed.
